Jim
is the President and co-owner of PPS. He started the business out of his home in
fall 2002, opened full-time in September 2003, incorporated with Steve in 2004,
and continues to be surprised by the growth and success of his dream. Jim has over
22 years of experience in many facets of the plumbing industry and has earned the
title of "Master Plumber". He's been married for over 10 years to his wife, Tricia,
and is Dad to dogs Abby and Tucker (see "Support Staff"). In his limited spare time,
Jim loves to off-road his restored 1978 Jeep CJ-7 and mountain bike. |
|
Steve
is Platinum's Vice-President and co-owner. He joined longtime friend and former
co-worker Jim in October 2004 and has been essential in growing the company. With
over 13 years in the plumbing industry, Steve has also achieved the rank of "Master
Plumber". He and his wife Tami just celegrated their 15 year anniversary. Their
family includes a son, a daughter, Bear the golden retriever and R.D., a Chihuahua
mix. For fun, Steve likes to camp and off-road his modified Jeep Scrambler. He also
loves spending time with his family, supporting his kids' many activities. |

Todd is the most senior plumber on staff. He joined Platinum in July 2006,
bringing with him many years of experience, including working with both Jim and
Steve. Today, he boasts over 20 years in the plumbing industry. Todd and his wife
Amanda have been married for 16 years, and are very proud parents to a son and a
daughter. When he's not turning wrenches, Todd enjoys archery, camping, shooting,
and 4-wheeling. He shares an avid interest in "rock hounding" with his kids, including
collecting and polishing their finds. |
|
Carlos joined Platinum in August 2008, building on 13 years in the plumbing
business. Prior to turning wrenches, he worked in powder coating. Carlos is a dad
to four children, ages 16 through 8. He also has a German Shepherd named Summer
and a ball python named Jake. Carlos' free time is split between taking his kids
to play, camping, bungee jumping, skydiving, slow-pitch softball, and barbequing
for family and friends. He also finds time to get inked – he's got 13 tattoos...
so far. |

experience, in addition to serving in the U.S. Border Patrol and the Marine Corps.
He is a dad to two teenagers, as well as a pitbull named Bella and a Jack Russell

| Support Staff |
|
Visitors to Platinum’s office may catch a glimpse of the furry support staff. Abby,
on the right, and Tucker are Jim’s Bernese Mountain Dogs who occasionally stop by
to say hi. Tucker is the extrovert who is happy to meet and greet everyone, but
especially loves to flirt with any female who squeals over him. Abby’s a bit shy
and takes awhile to warm up to strangers – although treats will help win her affection.
In answer to the 3 most often questions: yes, they are very friendly; no, they aren’t
“black St. Bernards;” and yes, they do shed. |
